ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE at any age…
NATIONAL DUATHLON CHAMPIONSHIP.
It was the most BRUTAL race of my life… ALL HUGE HILLS 😳
15.2 miles running
56 miles biking
NEVER again will I do those distances 😜.
Still, GETTING AWAY and doing something that I LOVE, is so necessary to fuel your soul & mind. I felt like quitting so many times, but never underestimate the power of your mind.
I’m so grateful to be able to compete.
Thanks to my QUALITY IV’s, I could do it!
Thanks to God for keeping me safe🙏🏻.
