This experience creates an opportunity for you to connect to your authentic self. We utilize the nearby trails at Indian Falls and the surrounding Bridge Park area. This form of therapy can be used intermittently or regularly, weather permitting. Together you and your therapist can decide if this approach is right for you 🫶🏼
