I have over 24 years experience working with diverse populations in the mental health field which includes providing counseling sessions for individuals, groups, families, children, adolescents & adults in various programs. Part of the services I have provided include diagnostic mental health assessments, & developing individual treatment plans with clients & their families. While being employed in both non-profit & for-profit agencies, I have seen the increased need to work with clients in a way that integrates all of their being, maximizing treatment. This has led me to utilize a holistic approach to assisting clients. Viewing ourselves holistically we are able to see all our parts as a whole & how they interact with each other. We are more than just our mind & our physical body, there is a spiritual aspect of us that needs to be addressed that we often over look in our daily lives. The goal of Holistic consultation is to gain insight on the origin of challenges and difficulties, building awareness of how to cope, heal, and grow through these experiences. Possible areas of exploration may include:
Addressing emotions such as anxiety, depression, anger, grief and how they affect one as a whole. Defining your life purpose or passion. Identifying and developing spiritual awareness and it's influence on one's life path. Setting and achieving goals that are realistic and manageable for you
Identifying and releasing past patterns and belief systems that no longer serve you. Releasing and healing energetic blocks and stuck energy in the body,
Being more grounded and embodying more of your soul. Guided Imagery/Guided Meditation may be used as needed

This practice of meditation requires an individual to follow instructions that assist the individual to relax the body, clear the mind, concentrate on breathing, and focus one’s awareness and attention. We carry an assortment of crystal jewely & apothecary products all infused with Reiki energy. All of my crystals are cleared/cleansed, & dedicated for the highest good of all that come into contact with them. I then infuse healing energy (Reiki, CHI, Source energy) into each crystal with an intended focus for the individual wearing it. Letting others wear, or handle your tumbled stones/crystals may alter their vibrational energy.
