These are the times that I need to step back and take a deep breath. Understand my triggers and remember that these tiny humans also get stressed out. These are the times when we need to calm ourselves, validate our emotions, then more importantly validate theirs. We all have bad days, and we all get a little cranky when we need a snack, and we all need connection in these moments to be heard and understood.

So mama, what I am saying is I see you. I hear you, and you are doing a great job. Now go find that tiny little human and remind them of the same♥️xo
