A True Network Advisors event is TRUEly the best way to kick off the year! Our team attended the TRUE Owners Meeting this past week, the first of many events the group has slated for this year. And it did not disappoint! Insightful presentations, meaningful networking, and a few intense games of chess later, we can't wait for what's to come this year.

Next up? TRUE's Healthcare in HaRmony event is February 22-24. Catch up with our team presenting the session "Pharmacy Strategy 101" on that Monday.

As we celebrate National Customer Service Day, we'd like to showcase the teams who help our MedOne clients and members find their way.

▪️ Member Advocates | This team serves as our primary source of member support. Based here in the US, these are the folks you'll reach when you call our main line: 866-335-9057.

▪️ Patient Care Coordinators | Specialty medications can be especially confusing. This team helps members source the right specialty medication at the best price.

▪️ Pharmacy Care Coordinators | This team helps members with any questions they may have concerning our mail order services.

▪️ Account Management | This department services our clients and their key contacts, tackling implementation, report generation, additional member assistance when needed, and more.

We're in the midst of our busiest time of year. And these teams take it seriously, getting new groups set up for success, ensuring members have what they need, and overall delivering the top-notch customer service you know and love from MedOne. Focused on our "why" – helping people access the right medication at the best price - we help folks find their way.
