We couldn't be more humbled or proud to accept these two awards, especially because they come directly from our team. The results of this competition are derived solely from employee feedback that was gathered by Energage, a third-party entity, back in April. Since then, we've been ever-so-patiently waiting to hear the results, and we're thrilled to be in the Top 10!

We're nearing the end of our Self-Care September Wellness Challenge!

We tasked the MedOne to take 20 minutes each day to do something that speaks to them. Whether it’s a peaceful walk, a cozy moment with a book, or a little DIY spa time, if it brings joy, it counts!

Here are some of the ways our employees have prioritized their well-being so far this month:

▪️ Completed a puzzle.
▪️ Made an apple crisp from with apples from the local orchard
▪️ Finished a book I've been reading, so I can start the MedOne Book Club book
▪️ Did my own nails
▪️ Went for a walk
▪️ Started decorating for fall
▪️ Went fishing with some friends
▪️ Purged things we didn't need in our house
▪️ Watercolor painting
▪️ Walked 18 holes of golf

We recently came across a super fun idea... A permanent lemonade stand!

When visiting our friends at @, we couldn't help but notice the stand out front. Kids from the surrounding community are welcome to connect with a teller to rent out the stand to sell lemonade; it's available any time! Such a fun, unique way to teach kids about business and handling money.
