Whatever you call it — let’s talk about it.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen something like this (it just happened to go viral this time 😅), and I wish it’d be the last… but it won’t be.

So what do we do when a client walks in, collapses into tears, and whispers,
“I never thought this would be my story”?
