We are excited to introduce Diana Meier to our team! Diana celebrated her tenth year as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and is also a Certified Stretch Coach. She is grateful to have spent the last ten years helping people to slow down, take care of themselves, and find balance. It’s what drew her to this profession and it’s what continues to inspire her every day.
Massage is a powerful tool for healing, but she also believe wellness goes deeper. That’s why she incorporates additional wellness modalities to work hand in hand with massage, such as Lymphatic Drainage to support detoxification and reduction of swelling, Reflexology to restore balance and for stress reduction, and Stretching to improve mobility and flexibility.
One of the biggest lessons Diana has learned in this journey is that self-care is not selfish – it’s vital. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and when we make time for restoration, we show up as the best version of ourselves.
