Originally established in September 2022 as a brick and mortar practice, HealThy Self has since evolved into a a fully virtual telehealth platform continuing to offer holistic, personalized care from anywhere. Founded by a former nurse turned Doctor of Natural and Functional Medicine, Healthy Self was created a vision to support clients who are suffering, feeling discouraged and seeking real empowering health guidance.
