𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗺𝗶 𝗔𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴, 𝗠𝗦, 𝗢𝗧𝗥/𝗟, 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁.

Mayumi is a seasoned occupational therapist with experience in working with both pediatric and adult clients. She graduated from Rush University in Chicago, IL with a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, where she was awarded the College of Health Sciences Dean’s Award.

At Unified Therapy Services, Mayumi will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services with pediatric and adult patients on Pennsylvania Ave. in Dubuque. She will provide holistic, creative, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with an illness, injury, or disability to promote greater independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance quality of life.

Prior to joining Unified Therapy Services, Mayumi worked at Therapeutic Links, an outpatient Occupational Therapy Clinic in Grayslake, IL.

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗮𝗱, 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁! Sadie is our fun-loving therapist and leader who brings positivity to everyone's day, especially her patients!

Sadie and her husband have three children and two dogs and love to travel, camp, kayak, and hike. She also loves a good dress-up day and made a very impressive Alice in Wonderland last Halloween.
