As 2024 comes to a close I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude, thank you for the best year yet 💚

This little business means so very much to me. I cannot tell you enough how ridiculously honored I am to be able to provide a safe space for your healing, and to create an experience that makes every person who walks through my door feel seen and cared for. Being part of a community that values mindfulness and human connection is a true privilege.

Just wanted to hop on quick and remind everyone PLEASE DO NOT wear perfume or cologne to your appointment. We have clients and people in the building (hi, it’s me) that unfortunately are sensitive to the chemicals in these ~ even when I like them they give me migraines.

PLEASE do not wear perfumes or colognes to your session, save them for date night.

Good morning and Happy Friday!

Just want to pop on real quick to remind everyone to schedule your summer sessions!

My June schedule is officially full! Please go online and schedule your July and August appointments ~ and while you’re at it just schedule your monthly sessions through the year to be sure you get the day and time you want 💚

Late-cancellation and no-show: Please take the time to read our late-cancellation and no-show policies to avoid unwanted fees. Small businesses like mine count on our clients to be responsible for their appointments and to respect our livelihood and keep those appointments ~ if you must cancel please do so with more than 24 hours notice when possible. We have a cancellation list of clients that would love to get in.

Cancellation list: I love a full schedule (keeps me out of a desk chair doing paperwork) so if you would like to be added just text or email and you will be 💚
