Hillcrest Family Services was founded in 1896 by Nancy Hill, the first woman to practice Medicine as the Women’s Rescue Society in Dubuque, Iowa. After 75 years taking care of unmarried mothers and their children, Hillcrest’s leaders realized that something needed to be done to prevent unintended pregnancies in help desperate man and women who would not have the financial or social structure to p

revent arising health issues. As of now, we provide free testing for different arising medical concerns. As a part of our free services, we provide free condoms for the community. Come see us on our main campus or give us a call!
