🦆💸 SAVE THE DATE! 💸🦆
Riverview Center’s 28th Annual Duck Derby is making a splash on October 12, 2025 – and you could win $1,000 while supporting survivors!

It's the most quacktastic fundraiser of the year — a rubber ducky river race where every duck purchased helps provide free, confidential services for survivors of sexual and domestic violence. 💜

🌎 You don’t need to be present to win — whether you're in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, or anywhere in the world, we’ll get your duck in the race!

🎟️ Buy 4 ducks, get entered for a bonus prize drawing! No limit on how many ducks you can race.

đź’ś This past Saturday, intern Olivia and advocate Elizabeth were honored to represent Riverview Center at the 13th Annual Memorial Ride and Drive for the Girls in Evansdale.

Held in memory of Lyric Cook and Elizabeth Collins—two young girls who went missing 13 years ago on July 13—this powerful annual event brings the community together to raise awareness, remember, and advocate for the safety and protection of all.

đź’š Thank you, Women for Good! đź’š

We are so grateful to the incredible volunteers from Women for Good, organized by the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, for lending their time and energy to Riverview Center and so many other essential nonprofits in our community!

Together, they assembled over 100 Green Folders and 100 Intake Folders—essential resources our advocates use to support survivors during hospital visits and intake appointments. These materials help ensure every survivor receives trauma-informed, compassionate care from the very first moment they connect with us.

Your kindness and commitment make a real difference. đź’ś
