Clarity Clinic (formerly known as The Pregnancy Center) is a free, non-profit medical clinic in Dubuque, Iowa with a satellite location in Platteville, Wisconsin. We seek to help women and men in crisis pregnancy situations with options support counsel, basic needs and give information so that they can make informed decisions.

MOMMY AND ME | SEEDS OF SPRING
Spring was in the air during the recent Mommy and Me class, Seeds of Spring! Families gathered to celebrate new beginnings with a reading of Eric Carle’s beloved classic, The Tiny Seed, which follows a little seed’s journey through the seasons. Together, moms and kids crafted their own colorful “tiny seed flowers” and planted beans in bags to take home—ready to watch their sprouts grow day by day. It was a
joyful morning of learning, creativity, and hands-on discovery!

Free training on Car Seat Safety and Safe Sleep for caregivers will be presented by the VNA. After the training, certified car seat technicians will be available to check cars seats, make adjustments if necessary and answer questions about child passenger safety.

La VNA impartirá una capacitación gratuita sobre seguridad en las sillas de auto y sueño seguro, dirigida a cuidadores. Al finalizar la capacitación, habrá técnicos certificados en sillas de auto disponibles para revisar las sillas, realizar ajustes si fuera necesario y responder preguntas sobre la seguridad de los pasajeros infantiles.

Un espacio especial para que las mamás se reúnan, oren y se apoyen mutuamente a través de los desafíos y las alegrías de la maternidad.

La VNA presentará una capacitación gratuita sobre seguridad en el asiento del auto y prácticas de sueño seguro para cuidadores. Después de la capacitación, habrá técnicos certificados en asientos de seguridad disponibles para revisar los asientos, realizar ajustes si es necesario y responder preguntas sobre la seguridad de los niños pasajeros.

Un programa de crianza de 10 sesiones, basado en evidencia y fundamentado en los "40 Activos de Desarrollo": bloques de construcción comprobados que todo niño necesita para prosperar académica, social, emocional y conductualmente. Abierto a todos los padres y cuidadores.

Lecciones sobre la paternidad y el carácter
Liderar o no liderar: esa es la cuestión. Bueno, una vez que eres padre, eres un líder, te guste o no. Tus hijos recurrirán a ti de forma natural en busca de guía y dirección. También te buscan para que los mantengas a salvo. La pregunta entonces se convierte en:
¿cómo vas a liderar? Estas lecciones te ayudarán a definir los atributos clave de un padre.

Monday, March 30 🌱 10AM

Spring is in the air! Join us for a fun and interactive time exploring all things seeds. We’ll begin by sharing Eric Carle’s beloved book The Tiny Seed.

The children will then create their very own “tiny seed” flower using a colorful smoosh painting activity. We’ll wrap up our time with a hands-on “grow a bean in a bag” project for each child to take home—a simple and beautiful way to see the life cycle of a plant in action.

Semillas de primavera
¡Ya se siente la primavera! Acompáñenos a conversar sobre semillas. Comenzaremos compartiendo el libro de Eric Carle, "La flor de la semilla diminuta". Después, los niños crearán su propia flor de "semilla diminuta" con una pintura smoosh. Al final, cada niño se llevará a casa un proyecto de "cultivar un frijol en una bolsa" para una visualización sencilla y maravillosa del ciclo de vida de una planta.
