"Before I started being adjusted by Dr. Jack & Dr. Jenny I had high blood pressure, felt like I was in a state of high anxiety & that my mind wasn't sharp.

The FLU is not a season! 👏🏼 Let us explain why...
The winter months are commonly referred to as "cold and flu season," but there are many factors that go into why we often react to viruses during this time.

With the holiday season comes an increased intake of sugar and added stress with trying to fit everything into the schedule, not to mention less movement & less uptake of Vitamin D from the sun.
If our body gets overwhelmed & isn't able to adapt to all of the added stress (both chemical and emotional) then our nervous system becomes more stressed and our immune system becomes less resistant.

This is where chiropractic care comes in: chiropractic helps the body adapt to the stress placed on your nervous system.

There are also so many natural remedies that you can also do to help support your immune system. Some of our favorite remedies include:

“I first brought Micah in at 7.5 weeks old because he was unable to latch and no one could tell us why. Turns out he had an issue with his jaw with a lot of swelling and pain. He was such an unhappy baby.

With the great care of Dr. Jack, Micah is a brand new baby and growing so fast. Makes for a better night sleep for us all. Now it is mommy’s turn to get straightened out, and I’m seeing improvement already in under a month!”
