"Family First has been a life saver for our whole family! Dr. Jack has helped us all through many health issues. We have been receiving chiropractic care at FFCWC since 2008! We started chiropractic care when I was ready to have double carpel tunnel surgery. Thank goodness my son qualified for a cup stacking contest and we attended the sports & rec festival at the Grand River Center. That's when we met Dr. Jack and started our journey to better health. No surgery either!! 🎉

Just to name a few things (out of the ordinary daily things) that chiropractic care has helped us with:
My daughter's bed wetting when she was in preschool.
My son's concussion & "dislocated" head from football. Dr. Jack put his "head on straight". I think he needs to do it again! 😉
Both kids' overall health & helping their bodies heal various sports-related injuries--collar bones, clavicles, knees, back, elbows, wrists, necks, feet, ankles, fingers, head, shoulders, tailbones, hips,....basically EVERY part of their bodies!! Our kids always have shared with coaches and school trainers that Dr. Jack is the guy to fix anything!

The postpartum season is a lot of ups and downs, and allll the emotions. It's understandable when some days feel really hard! We hope that we never lose sight of the blessings... even in the hard moments. Come hang out with us at FFCWC and let's get you and the kids adjusted!

When a little one stops you to show you their project, to play or snuggle, you do it. 🤗

Sometimes it's easy to forget that they can get stressed too, & it's so important to show that you're there with them. Continue to be PRESENT .🙌💜

Cheers to all the kiddos living their best lives, reminding all us big kids to stop and enjoy the little things! May we all be a little more like them today. 👏

Do you know what question we absolutely love getting from our pregnant mommas? “So how early can I bring the baby in?” 👶🏼
The answer: as soon as you feel comfortable! 💜
Dr.Jack & Dr. Jenny have adjusted babies a couple hours old and many families even make FFCWC their first stop on the way home from the hospital!
So now you’re probably wondering WHY a new baby would need to see a chiropractor so early! Well, they’re on the inside for 9 months and as baby grows, they definitely begin running out of room! But even more importantly, it takes quite a bit of pressure to deliver a baby whether it’s vaginally or via c-section. Of course this is completely necessary to get baby earth side safely but it’s also why our office is so high up on the list of priorities after birth - our mamas know that the pulling and twisting that baby endures during birth can create extra stress in baby’s spine and therefore, in their rapidly developing brain 🧠

Our favorite thing at FFCWC is taking care of so many adorable babies!! You might be wondering why a baby comes to the chiropractor. Especially if you've seen anything involving a YouTube or TikTok "Chiropractor". 😂🤣 Our office is specially trained in pediatrics and has many advanced hours of clinical training to care for the littlest of babies!! 🤩

Did you know research shows an astonishing 99% of newborns – even those passing all their checkups – have some form of hidden neurological stress? 😲
