The goal of chiropractic care through pregnancy is to reduce the effects of any neuro-spinal stress that may be present! Commonly for pregnant mamas this occurs in the pelvis/low back and mid-upper back/neck areas!

Baby found the right position after a few adjustments!

Here’s what this beautiful momma had to say:
"I established chiropractic care during my first pregnancy because my baby was transverse or breech for 35 weeks straight. My medical team wanted to do a version at week 37 to try to get baby to flip. I wanted to avoid this due to the risks. After a few adjustments with Dr. Jack, my pelvis was loosened up & I was relaxed enough for baby to flip head down! My lower back also got some much needed relief.
