Hillcrest Wellness Center The Wellness Center is a place of community for those "seeking to regain something lost" or "working toward a positive future."

The Wellness Center empowers adults navigating brain health issues, addictions, and life challenges through peer-led groups, activities and meetings, fostering a supportive community for recovery, growth, and empowerment.

11:30am - Recognizing Troublesome Thinking Patterns (APPR workbook completed so moving onto something else)
12:00pm - Daily Check In
12:30pm - Games and Conversation
1:30pm - Communication Skills for Healthy Boundaries
2:30pm - Color Therapy
3:30pm - Peer Choice

📗 Your Life Book – Habits of Health

Discover how small daily choices around nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindset create lifelong well-being.

🥦 The Science of Nutrition Basics
➡ Thursdays at 1:30pm
Cut through the myths with simple, evidence-based nutrition strategies that support long-term health and wellness.

🌾 Special Event: Trip to Vesperman Farms! 🌾

Cost: $20 (includes entry, lunch, and a pumpkin 🎃)
