I teach a yoga class at Soul Revolution on Wednesday mornings from 8:30-9:15. It is a NON-heated class entitled "Yoga Basics," and for the month of July, it is FREE! It is a great opportunity to become more flexible and get toned; and I promise it will not be too difficult. If you have wanted to give yoga a try, or if you are wanting to get back into the yoga groove, this is a perfect opportunity!

Everybody loves free stuff! This Saturday you can experience a FREE yoga class at the pavilion on the Mighty Mississippi down by the River Museum. This is beginner level, so ALL are encouraged to join our practice! Yours truly will be guiding you through basic poses and helping you "free" your mind. Cash donations will be given to the Red Basket Project.

Hello, yogis! I have been busy in the past couple of years teaching yoga at B1, Body & Soul, and Clarke College.
