~ A wide variety of classes each week including Yoga, mat Pilates, Barre, and Equipment-Based Pilates taught by excellent instructors in impressive studios. (The first Yoga, mat Pilates or Barre class is free for area residents).
~ Yoga Teacher Training 200 hours.
~ Professional counseling services consisting of mental health and relationship counseling, professional life coaching, hypnotherapy and spiritual guidance.
