My Journey

Andrea has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. She practices Therapeutic Swedish massage led by intuitive hands, followed by an intentional healing energy. Andrea infuses Reiki in each session to release negative energy, and uses deep tissue techniques when necessary.

Andrea also offers Doula services to the Dubuque area. She has over 10 years experience guiding women through their pregnancy and birth. Andrea strives to be intentional in every moment and spread love and positive energy.

My story begins with my own pregnancy and amazing homebirth. His birth changed me. It Empowered me! I wanted every woman to have a birth as wonderful as mine.

I became a Birth Doula a year after my son’s birth. I then attended my first birth just months after my Doula training, one of the longest labors to date :) And 10 years and over 60 births later, I still tear up at nearly every birth. It is so precious and I am honored to be a Doula to guide women through this amazing journey.
