Henke Sass Wolf of America, Inc. (HSWoA) incorporated and began operations on August 12, 1991. HSW GmbH is wholly owned by Mr.

We are a subsidiary of Henke-Sass, Wolf GmbH (HSW GmbH), of Tuttlingen, Germany. Tuttlingen, also known as the "surgical instrument capital of the world", is home to over 250 surgical instrument companies. It has a population of about 35,000, and is located on the Danube River in the southern part of Germany near Zurich, Switzerland. Founded in 1923, HSW GmbH, has been manufacturing injection systems, medical endoscopes and accessories, and industrial products such as boroscopes and fluid flow meters for ninety (90) years. HSW GmbH employs more than one thousand three hundred (1300) people at several facilities. HSW GmbH is a shareholder in several other companies including Almo, Europe's largest manufacturer of disposable injection systems. All products are designed and developed by in-house engineers specializing in optics, electronics, mechanics and materials processing. Manufacturing capabilities include the machining of small metal components and the assembly of fine mechanical and optical instruments. HSW GmbH is holder of various patents, trademarks and registered designs. Jochen Busch and family of Arolsen, Germany. HSWoA was originally established as a service and repair facility for HSW GmbH's key North American customers. These customers are primarily medical equipment manufacturers and distributors of industrial instruments and equipment. The facility assembles new products and repairs instruments damaged during use, eliminating the long turnaround time involved in sending instruments to Germany for repairs. HSWoA activities focus on the medical endoscope.

A huge thank you to all of the donations made by Henke Sass Wolf America and personal contributions made from our employees to the Clothing drive.
We were able to donate over 13 bags of clothing, coats, warm weather gear, shoes, socks, and blankets to two local non-profit organizations, the Webster Dudley Food Share and the Blessed Backpack Brigade!

400 Jahre kann die Ulme alt werden, die unsere Geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin Nina Stackmann gemeinsam mit dem Ersten Bürgermeister (EBM) der Stadt Tuttlingen , Emil Buschle, nun symbolisch angegossen hat. Der Baum ist ein Geschenk der Stadt aus Anlass des 100-jährigen Bestehens des Unternehmens an unseren Gesellschafter Herrn Jochen Busch, als Dankeschön für viele Jahrzehnte der erfolgreichen und engen Zusammenarbeit. Als Repräsentantin der Gesellschafterfamilie bedankte sich Nina Stackmann sehr herzlich für das großzügige Geschenk. Die Ulme hat einen Ehrenplatz bekommen und steht nun gut sichtbar auf der Südseite des Gebäudes zur B 311 hin.
