Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team on a part-time, contracted basis. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid schedule, combining both in-office and telehealth sessions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, clinical competence, and a genuine commitment to helping clients improve their mental and emotional health.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients across diverse populations, including geriatrics, adults, and children.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and maintain professional communication regarding client care as appropriate.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of six (6) clients per week.
Qualifications
• Active Massachusetts licensure as an LMHC or LICSW (required).
• Minimum of one (1) year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfort working with a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth).
• Must carry and maintain individual professional liability insurance.
