FYI: for CHAIR YOGA people do due to next weeks closures… I will be adding a class this week.
Chair yoga on FRIDAY, November 21st 5:30-630 @ DCC.
This will be the last class until December…. Watch for the new calendar for schedule

FYI: there will be NO classes on Monday, November 24th as the DCC will be closed. NO classes on the morning of the 25th, for the mandatory general meeting.

We will return to regularly scheduled classes on December 1st.
