One of my favorite treatments, LED light therapy.
I have been using for almost 20 years.
Pain free, Non-invasive, gentle healing but works very well!!😊

⭐️Our LED machine is very powerful and high quality(it’s not like a home LED device.
⭐️3 types of lights (Red, Blue, Near-infrared) and many different wave lengths.
⭐️This device is FDA, CE, FCC and ROHS-certified. (Very safe to use)
⭐️Very comfortable( you can choose any positions like lying down front or back, sit down)
-Blue light (480nm). Blue light is perfect for problems on the surface, including inflammation, acne, the build-up of bacteria, and blemished skin.
-Red light (630nm / 660nm). Red light promotes the healing of wounds and cellular rejuvenation. When concentrated on a localized problem, it can also do wonders for skin conditions and joint pain.
-Near-infrared light (810nm / 830nm / 850nm / 940nm). Near-infrared light reduces inflammation and promotes positive circulation. The light is able to pe*****te joints, muscles, and bones to aid recovery – helping to defeat those aches and pains.

Struggling with anxiety? Acupuncture can help calm the nervous system and restore balance. ☯️🧘🏻

Herbs🌿 can reinforce the effects of acupuncture by directly influencing internal organ systems, Qi flow, and blood circulation.

Diet recommendations: 🍽️
variety of vegetables, whole grains, and adequate protein is crucial. It’s recommended to avoid or limit foods that can exacerbate anxiety, such as excessive caffeine, spicy foods, and refined sugars.
Eating regular, balanced meals and avoiding overeating are also important.

Breakfast: A nourishing start with warm, easily digestible foods. For example, a bowl of oatmeal with a few dates and almonds, known for their calming properties and ability to nourish the Heart and calm the mind.

Lunch: Focus on balanced, Qi-boosting meals. A serving of protein (like chicken or tofu), combined with brown rice and a variety of vegetables, particularly leafy greens which nourish the blood and, in turn, help alleviate anxiety.

Snacks: Small, energy-sustaining snacks such as fruits (apples or berries) or a handful of nuts. These provide steady energy and help maintain blood sugar levels, which can impact mood and anxiety.

Dinner: Lighter than lunch, with an emphasis on grounding, Yin-nourishing foods. A stir-fry with root vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes) and a small portion of protein can be ideal. Incorporating kidney beans or black beans can be particularly beneficial for nourishing the Kidneys, which are often involved in managing fear and stress.

Beverages: Herbal teas throughout the day can be soothing. Chamomile, lavender, or green tea are good choices, known for their calming effects.
General Guidelines: Avoid or limit stimulants like caffeine, as well as overly spicy, greasy, or sugary foods, as they can exacerbate anxiety. Mindful eating practices, such as eating slowly and without distractions, can also aid in digestion and help in managing anxiety.
