Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling appointments.
• Answering phones and addressing patient inquiries.
• Collecting payments and managing insurance verification.
• Maintaining patient records and creating optimal patient care plans.
• Providing extensive one-on-one patient interaction, ensuring a personal touch in patient care.
• . Performing additional duties as assigned to support team needs and clinic operations.
