I received this note a week ago. It might be the best note from a family ever....
Dear Cooper Pediatrics Team,
This is our second visit to your clinic in just two months, and we felt it was important to take a moment to express our deep gratitude.
We were anxious and uncertain the first time we arrived, having just relocated. As soon as we stepped into the clinic, we were welcomed with warm smiles from multiple staff members. It may seem like a small gesture, but at that moment, it made all the difference. The children immediately felt at ease, and we quickly understood what needed to be done. We were promptly directed to a room, and within a very short wait, our vitals were taken, and we met Dr. Ryan Pahl.
Dr. Pahl was simply incredible. His patience, sensitivity, and undeniable professionalism stood out as he explained everything—far beyond what was expected of him. He reassured the children, and somehow, within half an hour, he managed to administer a series of shots with remarkable patience, especially for our 7-year-old, who was extremely afraid of injections and did not yet speak English.
We left the clinic feeling incredibly satisfied, and on the way home, I called my friends to share what a fantastic healthcare experience we had in the U.S. While I may not enjoy being sick, that visit erased any concerns I had about seeking medical care here. I knew that if we ever needed to return, we would do so with confidence.
Sure enough, we recently needed a prescription for our daughter. We reached out, and an appointment was scheduled quickly and effortlessly. This time, we had the privilege of being seen by Dr. Jeff Cooper. Only later did we realize that he is the owner of the clinic, but his care, patience, and professionalism were remarkable. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed, all while maintaining a calm, compassionate, and engaging conversation.
We sincerely hope we won’t need to visit often, but we wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you—the amazing staff who treated us directly and those who supported us behind the scenes.
