✨ IUDs – Long-term options like ParaGard® (copper, up to 12 years), Mirena® (hormonal, 8 years), and Kyleena® (hormonal, 5 years).
✨ NuvaRing® – A flexible vaginal ring changed monthly.
✨ Nexplanon® – A small implant in your arm that lasts up to 3 years.

🔹 HPV (Human Papillomavirus) – A common virus with many strains, some of which can lead to warts or certain cancers. There’s a vaccine to help protect against it!

🔹 STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) – A broad term for infections spread through sexual contact, including HPV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and more.

Remember: HPV is an STD, but not all STDs are HPV! Stay informed and prioritize your sexual health.
