People with healthy social lives report higher levels of life satisfaction, greater happiness, and a more positive outlook on life. That’s why we welcome our regular visits from one of our favorite groups: community members from St. Mary Star of the Sea, St. Michael's, and Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary, who joined us for coffee and donuts in our social hall last week. We are so grateful for these friends who bring laughter, conversation, and good company to our residents!

Our annual Halloween party was a spirited good time! Staff, residents, and visitors came disguised in some seriously creative costumes. For anyone who needed a little help, we had a bin stuffed with costumes, hats, wigs, and accessories ready to borrow—because everyone deserves a chance to get in on the goofy, joy-filled fun this holiday brings! Add in a few rounds of bingo, plenty of sweet treats, and lots of laughter, and you’ve got a day full of memories to last all year.

When the NWS stops frost notifications because it's considered normal, it's time to put away your SUMMER SHORTS and get out your WINTER SHORTS. As you transition your wardrobe and start compiling never-wear, doesn't fit, and out-of-style mountains that you don't want to climb over all winter long, consider bringing them to St. Ann's, where they will find new appreciation as beloved, vintage apparel in our rummage sale this Friday and Saturday. We'll take your gently used clothing, household/kitchen items, and more!
