Sarah Seidelmann

Sarah Seidelmann 4th gen. MD, accomplished 📚 author, artist 👩‍🎨 + shamanic 💫healer. My work aims to heal the soul. Welcome! We begin at the beginning. What makes me tick.

You may ask....does it really work to Follow your FEEL GOOD to an absurdly fantastic life? As a life long seeker, I’ve learned that the WAY to joy and happiness is NOT (contrary to popular belief) through hard work and sacrifice (although you MAY word as hard as my dog Spirit chasing a frisbee). By allowing yourself to FEEL GOOD and to have the experiences you DESIRE, you begin to align all the fo

rces of nature and create MAGIC. Don't get me wrong- I am not a pie in the sky person- I am a realist with 4 real kids, a real husband, 2 real dogs and a "real life" – it’s just that my REALITY has shifted. When you begin to allow yourself to feel good a little each day (I know it sounds ludicrous!), your hope returns in GIANT BUNDLES and you begin to see everything in a whole new light

If you are feeling bad right now- do not worry. When you are finding it difficult to feel good…there are many ways to get there and I can help. If you already feel good…..well, hold on to your hat! It’s going to get EVEN BETTER!
~Sarah Bamford Seidelmann

More about Sarah Seidelmann (in case you wanted to know....) My Past Lives
Prior to Coaching, I practiced as a Board Certified Physician. I had a small shop and designed products with my BFF Suzi Vandersteen. We realized people really enjoyed the newsletters we placed in our shop encouraging them to find JOY and we eventually co-founded Joy Junket, an online site to discover more joy through your home interior design and other spiritual practices. I have a deep appreciation for Nature and find many different ways to help others connect to their own brilliance including: Animal Totems, The Work of Byron Katie, Law of Attraction and tools of Martha Beck who I was trained by. I am deeply committed to doing transformational work with my clients and continuing to learn new techniques and tools to help them have incredible joy filled lives. Me
I am a 4th generation physician married to a fabulous Man for almost 20 years. We have 4 fabulous children (all certified Zen Masters, of course) and live in a gorgeous city on the shores of Lake Superior. I absolutely love to spend time outside in Nature. I know it reconnects me to sense of awe and wonder. My purpose
My purpose is to invite people to discover a life without limits. Its my passion to share what I have learned about finding more JOY. My strengths (Strength finder 2.0) are WOO, POSITIVITY, ACTIVATOR, COMMUNICATION and SIGNIFICANCE. Part of being me is having many many interests and an EXTREME curiosity about many things. I have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit disorder, mixed inattentive/hyperactive type. Getting that diagnosis was a gift , as it helped me to fully embrace my MUCHNESS and my special talent for taking seemingly unrelated ideas and creating something NEW. I have the ability to hyperfocus and as a result, enjoy transcendent experiences on a pretty regular basis, which is pretty cool! Once you spend time doing what you were BORN to do, life can get pretty darn INCREDIBLE.

One of my favorite editors, Grace Kerina wrote a piece about me! I’m so honored.

“About fifteen years ago, a writer reached out to ask me for support with a book she was writing. As a pathologist, mother, shaman, and more, Sarah Seidelmann intrigued me. Our conversations about her book expanded to include all sorts of things, including her spiritual guide (Alice the Elephant), her ADD, her family, and her artwork. How did she do it all? I wondered. At the time, I felt like I could barely manage to coordinate three different important paths in my life, much less as many paths as Sarah continued to show me about herself as we got to know each other….(cont reading at link below) “

In this week's post, find a spectacular list to post to your fridge to help your relationships blossom and explore how to use music as a mood tool! How do YOU WANT TO FEEL today?

1. MUSIC IS A GAME CHANGER. I have a wonderful new person in my life who’s a music FREAK…he knows so many songs…the lyrics to them and can text me a link to a song that makes me feel something. Sharing music is so beautiful! I love getting introduced to new artists!

It reminds me of my old mixtape days. If you want to delight somebody- put together a special playlist on their favorite platform!

I thought I’d share some of the songs that are often on repeat for me!

I harness the power of music OFTEN to create, to clean the house, to connect with my emotions- so many ways it can shift a vibe!

If you want your relationships to BLOOM--PRINT this list and put it on your fridge.

It comes from the walls of the Ouside In Theatre in Los ANgeles...my sister Bamford pointed it out!

It seemed to us that in both creative collaboration in theatre and inside our most intimate relationships we thrive under certain conditions!

Truth. One of the best things I did in 2025 was to invest myself in two key community organizations. So MUCH GOODNESS in cooperation!!

“ I am going to a book luncheon later this year where Sarah will be speaking, so I decided to listen to the book early in preparation. I LOVED IT. The narrator was fantastic and very easy to listen to - great choice. And more importantly this book resonated with me. I laughed and I cried. I held my breath with anticipation (trying to find times in my day when I could listen to more of it). There is a raw honesty here about one woman's journey from the medical (cerebral) world to the shamanic (spiritual and soulful) world. Delicious”
