Manna’s Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals 13 and up, of all genders, who are ready to take the next step in recovery.

Our IOP includes:
🕒 12 hours of group therapy per week
🍎 Weekly dietary sessions
🧠 Monthly psychiatric review
💬 Weekly individual therapy

This level of care helps bridge the gap between inpatient treatment and full independence — offering both accountability and freedom.
