Please join us in celebrating Trena as our Residential and Family Support Services Leadership Team Member of the Month!

Trena has truly been excelling in her role, consistently going above and beyond to support teams and ensure the individuals we serve are able to do the things they love. Her dedication and heart for the work shine through in everything she does.

Her communication is phenomenal and incredibly thorough, helping teams stay informed, organized, and supported. Recently, Trena took on the challenge of coordinating and organizing numerous contacts and specialty clinic visits, helping ensure important services and supports were successfully scheduled and completed. She shared that it was no easy task, but it was incredibly fulfilling to help make everything come together.

Trena has also done incredible outreach with an individual who is working through complex mental health needs. No topic is too tough, and she approaches every conversation with grace, patience, and genuine kindness, helping create a supportive and trusting environment.

Trena truly stands out in the way she lives out and executes the Peace of Mind Way through her compassion, dedication, and commitment to helping others succeed.

Please join us in celebrating TJ, Woodland Team Member of the Month!

TJ does a fantastic job staying on top of all tasks throughout her shift—from medications and cares to cleaning, dishes, and everything in between. She takes pride in making sure things are done well and that the home environment is safe, organized, and comfortable for the individuals we support.

One of the things that stands out most about TJ is her initiative and teamwork. If she sees something that needs to be done, she jumps right in and takes care of it. She works hard to support both the individuals and her teammates, always contributing to a strong and positive team environment.

TJ also asks great questions and continues learning, showing how much she cares about doing her role well and providing the best support possible.

Christie consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She does a wonderful job completing all of her tasks and even preparing things for the next shift, helping set her teammates up for success.

Recently, Christie also stepped up to cover an unexpected overnight shift, demonstrating her commitment and dedication to the team and the individuals we support.

The individuals she supports are always content and happy, and Christie works hard to create a warm and engaging environment at home. She regularly offers games, crafts, and other activities to keep everyone involved, active, and having fun.

In addition, Christie takes great pride in making sure the home is clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

AJ has been doing an amazing job supporting the team, especially with training new team members. He takes the time to guide others, answer questions, and help them feel confident in their roles. His support makes a big difference for both new staff and the entire team.

AJ brings a positive, go-with-the-flow attitude to every shift. He is always willing to adjust his schedule and step in wherever he is needed, showing true teamwork and dedication to making sure everything runs smoothly.

Throughout his shifts, AJ stays busy, organized, and focused, with great communication to ensure that everything that needs to get done is completed. He does a great job prioritizing tasks and making sure the individuals we support receive the care and assistance they need.

Ella consistently goes above and beyond for our team and the individuals we support. She has been doing an incredible job training new team members, always creating a welcoming and positive environment where people feel comfortable asking questions and learning. Her patience, encouragement, and leadership truly make a difference.

Ella is known for arriving early to receive a thorough pass-down, making sure she is fully prepared for the day ahead. She stays busy, works hard, and remains focused on providing the best support possible. She has also taken individuals to the play to show her support and help them enjoy meaningful community experiences.

Ella has worked independently and remains positive. She continues to show up with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed. When our team is short, Ella is often the first person to step in and lend a hand.

Recently, she even stepped in to work to ensure all needs were met and to support a team member who needed to take some time off—a perfect example of the compassion and teamwork she brings every day.

Ella is always thinking about others, supporting her coworkers, and making sure the people we serve receive the best care possible. We are so incredibly lucky to have her on our team.

Julie truly has such a big heart and consistently brings her best to the individual she supports. Last month she was especially outstanding, demonstrating the kind of dedication, reliability, and compassion that makes such a difference every day.
Julie provides consistent structure, reliability, and predictability for the individual she supports, helping create an environment where they can thrive. Her communication is excellent, and she works hard behind the scenes to ensure that everything gets done the right way.
She has received many compliments from family members and others on the individual’s expanded support team, and it’s easy to see why. Julie has built a wonderful relationship with the family, and they absolutely love working with her (we all do!).
Even when technology and documentation have been challenging, Julie continues to show determination and professionalism. She regularly asks for feedback and works hard to make sure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Julie is always willing to learn, try new things, and grow, and she does an amazing job keeping her individual engaged, active, and using the tools that work best for him.
