Here are some ideas to get you started:

✅ Move Daily: Whether it’s a brisk fall walk, stretching at your desk, or a weekend hike, movement keeps joints flexible and energy high. Pair it with your chiropractic adjustments for even better results.

About Dr. Bryce Benson

Dr. Benson grew up in Southeast Minnesota. During high school he suffered both migraines and lower back injuries due to sports, thankfully he found a chiropractor. Chiropractic care allowed his body to naturally recover through time and repetition. Today, Dr. Benson no longer suffers from migraines because of the consistent care he sought out. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin- River Falls where he majored in Biology. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, which is the first chiropractic school to be officially established. During his time at Palmer, he learned the body’s capability to heal itself through specific chiropractic adjustment.

Throughout his experiences, Dr. Benson has witnessed the strength and power of chiropractic care. Dr. Benson is passionate about taking care of all walks of life and caring for his community. It is his passion to help bring more health, education and recovery through his practice.
