Every year the NFL does a “My Cause My Cleats” to represent non-profits in style in November.

The Minnesota Vikings had a sweepstakes that you could enter for My Cause My Kicks 2025. Theresa Williams from Trillium Works! entered and won. Her cause was 1 of 9 winners! Theresa received a pair of shoes with a design for Autism as her cause.

Shane Anderson’s passion for sports runs deep, so when the Minnesota Vikings approached him for a partnership, he was thrilled. Since 2022, Anderson has crafted an impressive array of custom pieces, including a stunning US Bank Skyline painting, intricately painted helmets gifted to visiting team owners, and uniquely designed shoes that celebrate the Vikings’ spirit. His work beautifully embodies the team's essence that showcases his artistic talent.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month ( )
Day 31 of 31:

Tanya Karsiko has been employed at Target for 8 years! Wow! Tanya works 2-3 days a week and absolutely loves her job! Tanya can do it all and does a variety of tasks. Tanya mostly works in the clothing department clearing out freight and restocking shelves with new product. Tanya works independently and walks to and from work! She has built great working relationships with her coworkers and she loves being a part of such a great team! In her free time, Tanya enjoys going on walks, listening to music, and of course hanging out with her lovely cat! Great job Tanya and congratulations on 8 years!
