๐งHydration Recipe (No Cucumber or Mint!)
Citrus Ginger Glow Water
1 liter cold water
2 slices orange
2 slices lemon
2 slices fresh ginger
Optional: pinch of turmeric or a cinnamon stick
Let infuse for 1โ2 hours. Refreshing, anti-inflammatory, and uplifting!

Lemon-Herb Quinoa Bowl
Cooked quinoa
Roasted chickpeas
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Diced avocado
Drizzle with lemon juice + olive oil + fresh parsley
Light, energizing, and great post-massage or for easing digestion before bed.
โ๏ธ Ways to Bring Balance to Your Weekend:
Go tech-free for 2 hours
Take a short nature walk
Write a gratitude list
Rest your eyes and meditate for 10 minutes
Gently stretch or do light yoga before bed
๐ Why You Should Take an Epsom Salt Bath Tonight:
Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) help ease muscle tension, reduce inflammation, support circulation, and calm the nervous system. Add 1โ2 cups to warm water and soak for 15โ20 minutes. Light a candle. Breathe.
