Our brilliant health services team, made up of RNs, LPNs, Health Services Coordinators, and our Health Services assistant, works on the frontlines and behind the scenes each day providing essential support to our programs and employees, collaborating with care teams, providing vital training, and advocating for the people we serve. We're stronger as an organization and a provider thanks to the talent and passion of our Health Services team. 💜

Kim and Sheila have been hard at work today making signs for the group from RSI who will be in St. Paul advocating for people with disabilities, their necessary support systems, and their right to live independent and rewarding lives.

The Duluth Polar Bear Plunge is almost here! Tomorrow afternoon (Saturday 2/21) at 2:15, RSI's team members will be braving the chilly waters of Lake Superior to support an excellent cause - Special Olympics of Minnesota. ⭐

There's still time for you to show your support! Spectators are invited to come and watch the plunge and cheer on our team, and you can also make a donation to Special Olympics through our team page here: https://reg.plungemn.org/group/teamrsi
