Hello everyone, this is Leslie. I am celebrating 5 years this month in private practice & nearly 2 years since being awarded Independent Practice entitlement by the State of Arkansas! Wow, time has flown by‼️ I want to thank you all for your continued support of me over the years at the RejuveHealth Clinic. In being transparent, as a private clinic that receives no funding & with the economy in the shape it's in, we have 'hung in there' over the past year, something I'm proud of and thanks to our loyal patients. However, there are a few changes we are currently making, with the two biggest being moving to a new location & implementing Telehealth. I now have a space next door to the Chiropractor inside Raye Haven Salon, at 515 E. Choctaw Street in Dumas where I will see anyone that needs an in-person visit (DOT physicals, IV Therapy, Sick visits, etc). These visits are by appointment only, as I will not be on-site every day for walk-ins. As mentioned, Telehealth will now be offered for weight loss & simple medical visits, and for routine medication refills.
If you need to make an appt, please call or text me at 870-377-4295. Text is sometimes the best way but I will return phone calls as well, and you can message me on FaceBook also. It's bittersweet leaving our current clinic location as it has been "home", but change can be good ☺️ I can never thank Dr. Chambers & Michelle enough for all they have done to help me get established as a Provider during the past 5 years; they are truly wonderful people! Also I couldn't have made it without all of my staff that were employed here at some point over the years! Again, thank you all for your patience during this transition, and thank you for continuing to choose me to provide you with the same great service as always.
