DPT Bio

Dr. Tiffany T. Vuong, PT, DPT

Double graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, VA, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Rehabilitation Engineering, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from VCU.

Inducted into the Pro Bono National Honor Society, due to her work in helping run a Pro Bono physical therapy clinic which provided rehabilitative services to the underserved community in the Greater Richmond Area.

Has experience treating orthopedic conditions related to the neck, shoulders, mid/low back, knees, foot/ankles, and hips, as well as neurologic-related movement disorders.

Enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes, boxing, and spending time with her dachshund, Bullseye.

Dr. Breona Millner, PT, DPT

Graduated from Radford University with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport and Health Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine.

Earned her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University in Washington, DC.

Experienced in treating orthopedic conditions including ankle, knee, hip, neck, back and shoulder pain. She also has additional experience in treating various neurological conditions.

Utilizes an advanced manual therapy approach to treat all conditions and incorporates a Mckenzie approach to the treatment of back pain.

Has always found health and fitness to be especially important and in her free time enjoys working out, running, and hiking.
