PROVIDERS BIO
Our providers are psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from prestigious Universities, and are board certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) as well as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Our providers specialize in behavioral health and treating children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical and behavioral conditions. In addition, they are preceptor in the graduate school of Mental Health-Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner programs as well as doctorate students at prestigious Universities. As both a clinical practitioner and preceptor, they have gained extensive experience delivering telehealth services to patients and educating nurse practitioners on using telehealth to improve access to care.
IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES
Our providers also provide skill-building and support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and or developmental disabilities living independently or with their families. We support individuals to meet their personal care, dietary, behavioral, and daily living needs.
This is a person-centered service tailored to support the individual to build independence and to promote community involvement. This service does not provide 24-hour supervision or care and Individuals do not need to be 18 years or older in order to be eligible for this service.
