Let’s talk about stress—because not all stress is the same. During Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s important to name what we’re feeling and explore ways to manage it.

Common Symptoms:
• Irritability or mood swings
• Trouble sleeping or fatigue
• Muscle tension or headaches
• Difficulty concentrating
• Changes in appetite

Ways to Manage:
• Deep breathing or grounding exercises
• Set boundaries and protect your time
• Engage in physical movement (walk, stretch, dance)
• Seek support—community, therapy, or supervision
• Prioritize rest—your body is not a machine
