🌿 Hello everyone, my name is Susan McNair, and I am the owner of alive + well, located in downtown Duncan at 45 N. 9th, inside Duncan Tower Shoppes & Offices!
I want to share a bit of my journey with you, what led me to open Alive and Well and dedicate my life to natural health and wellness.
I’ve been researching and retailing herbs since 1997, traveling throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas to educate people about the medicinal properties of herbs and provide them to individuals and businesses.
In 2015, I was diagnosed with lupus, Sjogren’s, arthritis, sleep disorder, ADHD, fibromyalgia, and other autoimmune conditions. Instead of relying on prescription medications, I made the life-changing decision to step away from conventional treatments entirely. I stopped all pharmaceutical prescriptions and chose the natural approach to healing! Since then, my health has only improved!
The biggest turning point came when I not only stopped all prescription medications but also removed all toxic products from my home, beauty, and wellness routines. That’s when everything truly changed for the better.
Alive and Well is a reflection of my journey, offering the same natural solutions that transformed my life. I’m excited to share this space with you and help others on their own paths to wellness!
