• Be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments, ensuring that their needs are accommodated and any specific instructions or concerns are properly addressed.
• Maintain the organization and flow of the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and inviting.
• Collect and update patient information accurately in our electronic health records system, maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all privacy regulations.
• Process payments and assist with financial inquiries.
