Hello everyone! Who's still out there? I haven't posted on this page in some time. I'm considering doing more work with clients through private pay instead of in-office like I used to. Would anyone be interested in such a service (or know someone who would be) since I no longer have a traditional office space? Here's why: Private pay is an easy, flexible way for clients to get the behavioral services they need by bypassing all the red tape and issues with paperwork, insurance, billing, or transportation. Using Zoom or any other virtual meeting space of choice, clients can have virtual, confidential therapy sessions in the comfort and privacy of their own home, in their car, or even at work during their lunch hour. All you need is a good internet signal and a cell phone, tablet, or computer. Telehealth literally exploded back in 2019, and is now a safe, popular, flexible, and widely accepted mainstream method for receiving mental health services. My email is: pivot.ribbit@gmail.com. Whether or not your circumstances are beyond your control, your ability to control your perspective, focus, and energy is not. Stop being afraid to let yourself experience joy and freedom by accepting what you can and can't control so you can focus your energy on what you can. Letting go of things you can't control is also letting go of what's been hold you back all along. You won't know until you do.
