Marie Carpenter from Littleton, CO just celebrated her 90th birthday and showed us that age is just a number. 💪 What started as a “grandma vs. grandkids” plank challenge at her birthday party turned into a potential Guinness World Record moment.

Marie is an active member at Anytime Fitness - Littleton, CO, training 3 times a week. She continues to prove that strength isn’t about age, it’s about what you train for. 🙌
