MedFirst Urgent Care provides Urgent Care, Sports Physicals, Drug Test Services, Common Vaccinations, We are offering drive-up Covid testing.

We are open during COVID-19 and ready to serve the Duncan, OK community. You will need to drive around back and call us with the numbered stall you are parked in. Covid testing is in high demand right now and there can be a 1-3 hour wait.

Due to hazardous road conditions, MedFirst Urgent Cate is closed today, Sunday, January 25. The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Due to the current weather conditions and to ensure the safety of our patients and staff, MedFirst Urgent Care will be closed today, January 24rd.
