We had an AWESOME time last year doing massages and Crysta is so excited to do them again this year! I hate that I am missing The Dehydrator ! If you haven't signed up now is the time! You have until the July 18th! It's for a great cause....so much fun....and you get a cool shirt! What's not to love?!

We are adding some relaxation to The Dehydrator Party! Peaceful Panda Therapeutic Massage will be joining us on July 26th! After your ride, you can come into the cool AC at the Simmons Center, and you can have a massage to relax those muscles! Therapist Crysta will be doing massages $5 for 5 minutes, and you can sign up to have more time if you would like. All money goes back to The Duncan Band!!! Cash is best if you can have cash, or we will have QR codes to use the my school bucks app (you can checkout as a guest if you don't want to create an account). See you all there!

We are still working on getting things up and running 100% at the new location. I appreciate everyone being so patient and encouraging!

Today a couple more pieces got completed! Here is Mr. Panda trying out the new sauna with red light therapy and chromotherapy lighting. There may have been a little Eye of the Tiger and Spin Drs coming out of the speakers. Lol

Time to call it a day!

Hi there! They say all good things must come to an end. I signed my first lease at 330 south Hwy 81, August of 2018. Getting it ready to be my space was a labor of love. So much ❤️ went into making it my favorite place to be. Today I did my last massage there.

I am excited for what's ahead but there may be a tear or two as this chapter ends. We have officially closed for a few days while we relocate to our new place.

Our new location is at 2535 W. Elk. We look forward to continuing to provide the massages you love and hopefully you will love the new changes.

Good morning everyone! I hope your weekend has been amazing!

We are in the process of some HUGE changes!

Before I start looking elsewhere I wanted to see if any of my contractor clients had availability in the next week or two. I'm needing to remove a couple walls and add a couple walls. None are load bearing.

If anyone has recommendations for this kind of thing I would appreciate your insight as well in case everyone here already has a full schedule for the month.

Hello Everyone! Happy New Year! I hope your first day of 2025 has been fantastic!

We want to thank you for making 2024 such a wonderful year! We had the honor of once again receiving the Readers Choice Award for the Best Place to Get a Massage! I appreciate each of you so very much! I am so thankful to get to do what I love with such wonderful people!

For the last few years I have been taking lots of continuing education and not officially putting it on the menu. I have decided to make some changes and have added a few new services to our menu. I will also be taking a few more classes this year to bring more to each session. I'm excited to have Crysta joining me with my continuing education journey this year and will be helping her get familiar with the new items on the menu.

You will notice an increase on the new menu. We will be implementing a Loyalty Program, Birthday Program and a Referral Program as well as continuing to offer discounts to Veterans and First Responders. I will post more on these in the next few days. If you have an appointment(s) already scheduled in January your rate will not increase until February.

We look forward to another year of wonderful energy, increased mobility and decreased pain!

Hello everyone! Fluffy and I have been in Austin, Texas for the last 6 days. We are pleased to announce that we are now certified in Manual Lymph Drainage!

It has been an awesome week but we are happy to be headed home!

I just visited with my new neighbors for a bit and found a couple of goodies I couldn't pass up! I can't wait to try my new candle and jam!

Evening Tea Wisdom ~Hello everyone! I hope your September is off to a wonderful start!

I've been skipping tea drinking and then I realize that I have missed it. I don't know if it's the herbal remedies of the tea itself or the insightful messages on the tags....but when I drink it regularly I feel different. I feel better and more connected.

So tonight became a tea time and finally putting my many partial boxes of tea into the cool organizer I found months ago at Ross.

I have a weird fascination with how my cups and tea tags seem to fit what I'm needing.

Tonight I took out my mom's cup (I've been missing her a lot lately...hard to believe it's almost been a year!) And picked a Yogi tea that sounded good. I feel like for tonight I am creating my Peaceful harmony!

I hope that you don't mind but there may be some more Tea Wisdom in your future and I plan to try and start posting a bit more.

I hope that you find your Peaceful harmony and life's purpose! For me a midlife career change was it! I love what I do and love all of you for putting up with my scatter brained ramblings over tea!
