UPDATE: 8:32 A.M.

The onsite investigation is concluded and no suspicious devices or threats were located on Duncan Regional Hospital grounds. At this time, there is no indication of an active threat to the hospital or surrounding areas. We appreciate the cooperation and patience of the hospital team, patients, and their loved ones, along with the public during this incident. We thank City of Duncan OK- Police Department and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for their support.

As of this morning, February 12, 2026, Duncan Regional Hospital is under lockdown following a bomb threat. The Duncan Police Department is on-site and actively investigating. Both interior and exterior sweeps have been conducted to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors. The public is urged to avoid the area until further notice to allow first responders to operate without interference.
