Patient Spotlight!!

Owen was referred to us recently by a client Kelly helped a few years ago. He was referred to work on his balance, posture and overall strength/endurance.

When Owen started, he walked with an excessive forward lean which made it difficult to look at peoples faces. He felt as though he looked at shoes all day and wanted to walk taller and see in front of him.

This is Owen today.

He is losing his balance less, can look up at faces when he walks and is doing better, relying on his cane less. His overall quality of strength/endurance through the day is much better. Not only does this help him physically but mentally also!

Little steps make the biggest changes and we are so grateful to help!

Are you receiving a knee replacement soon or have you JUST received one?

Did you know??? ⬇️‼️⬇️

After your replacement, getting the knee straight is one of the most important tasks to complete!!!

Why?

If you do not take time to achieve full knee extension, it gradually tightens over time affecting your walking, stairs and overall most of your daily activities. Unfortunately, once this happens, the knee extension you have is the extension you will maintain and the doctors do not always educate patients about this!

We would like to take a moment to thank everyone that has made our first 4 years such a great experience. Our goal was simple, provide a premium level of care to our community.

Unlike most PT clinics we do not have doctors feeding us patients. We rely almost exclusively on word of mouth referrals. The best compliment we can get is when we help you and you tell your friends and/or family to come see us.
