We have collaborated with Cianna's Dance Boutique to supply Corn Bags for sale at our office!

These amazing corn bags can be heated or frozen to help ease those aches and pains for chronic or acute injuries!

Meet Justin Meiser DPT!

Justin grew up in Selinsgrove PA and moved to the area after attending St Francis University. He fell in love with the small town community and wanted to open a one on one business to create a better environment for patients.

He enjoys sprint car races, waterfowl hunting, fishing and completing projects around the house. His favorite food is steak and potatoes. He enjoys spending times at home more than being in crowded areas and he enjoys working out and living a healthy life.

He strives to create a personal experience while patients are here so that they are comfortable and are the top priority during their rehab. He wants his patients to feel like an individual and not just a number that is rushed out the door.

Meet the faces of Breakaway Performance Therapy!

Kelly is a graduate of the PTA program from Mount Aloysius in 2014. She is originally from Pittsburgh but moved to the area in 2010 and fell in love with the small community and how they supported each other.

She loves gardening during the summer, fishing for bass, waterfowl hunting and trying hobbies such as wine making and sourdough. Her favorite foods are spaghetti and any type of chicken.

She has two kids that are 9 and 13 that you may see at the office periodically helping out.

She loves interacting with her clients and explaining exercises in depth to help patients understand what they are doing. She loves post operative patients and orthopedics.

That’s a wrap for our 2025 year here at Breakaway Performance Therapy!

Thank you to every single amazing person that has walked through our door this year. 🙏🙌❤️ It is because of you that there is such an awesome atmosphere each and every day. 💪

Each week we continue to grow and we cannot wait to see what 2026 brings to the table! We started this year with what felt like a ceiling and our new facility has created so much room for growth. We are so thankful for everyone who has helped us along our journey this year and are excited for the future of Physical Therapy. ❤️❤️❤️

Did you know that you can CHOOSE where you complete your rehabilitation?

In fact, your provider CAN NOT “TELL YOU” that it is PROTOCOL for you to attend their specific Physical Therapy clinic.

We recently had a client that came to us prior to her knee surgery in hopes of avoiding surgery. She ultimately decided that surgery was the best option and off to surgery she went!

After surgery, her surgeon told her that their PT department had already set up her first Physical Therapy evaluation at their clinic and that it was protocol that she went there.

She insisted that she did not want to go there and even after the surgeon was persistent, she came back to us!!! BUT most people don’t realize that you have the RIGHT TO CHOOSE!!!

Stop falling into the cycle of “just because the provider says it’s best, doesn’t mean it is!”
