Front Office Friday, say hi to Kira! 🌟

Kira joined Crossroads in 2020 and has been a steady, smiling presence in our front office ever since.

Originally from Hollidaysburg, she recently moved to Altoona where she lives with her son, Rowan, and her boyfriend, Uriah. She attends Grace Bible Church and loves spending time outdoors—whether she’s adventuring with friends, camping with her boyfriend, or simply enjoying some quiet time doodling.

But above all, Kira’s favorite role is being a mom. She loves making memories and doing all sorts of fun activities with her son!

We’re so grateful to have Kira as part of our Crossroads family! 💙

✨Front Office Friday✨

MaryBeth has been part of the CrossRoads family for 9 years, keeping our clinics running smoothly with her expertise in insurance authorizations and front office coordination. She’s truly one of the rocks that keeps everything firing on all cylinders!

After earning her B.S. in Communications and Psychology, MaryBeth spent nearly a year living in Brazil before returning home. She married her husband, Duane, in 2008, and is grateful to walk through life by his side. Together, they attend Grace Bible Church in Hollidaysburg.

MaryBeth loves spending time with her close-knit family and enjoys reading, baking, cross-stitching, and relaxing with her husband. We’re so thankful to have her as part of our CrossRoads team! 💙

Meet Dawn, our wonderful Front Office Assistant at the Martinsburg clinic! She’s been part of the Crossroads family for 9 years, and we’re so grateful for all she does to keep things running smoothly.

Dawn has been married to her husband Bryan for 31 years, and together they have two children, Jamie and David. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, crafting, and traveling with her husband.

Dawn loves getting to know our patients and always greets everyone with a warm, friendly smile. 😊
