Mindful Healing Works exists because our founder, Erin, once sat where so many of our clients sit today—doing their best to survive without a place that truly supported their healing.

After becoming a therapist, Erin began working with individuals who were also living in survival mode. That full-circle moment became the spark to create a different kind of mental health experience—one that blends quality clinical care with comfort, dignity, and holistic support.
