It was always hard for me to journal consistently when I first started. But, I picked this up at a Meijer and it has made it so much easier to create the habit of journaling on a daily basis. I can honestly say journaling helps so much more than we realize. It can really help get those reoccurring thoughts out of your mind and it’s a great stress reliever! (Which we all could use a little more of).

Connecting with the earth is crucial for our health and well-being.

The scientific theory is that positive electrons in the form of free radicals accumulate in our bodies and cause inflammation, and because the earth has a slightly negative charge, when we connect we neutralize these positive electrons.

Grounding is known to...
🙌 Improve sleep
🙌 Reduce inflammation
🙌 Decrease pain
🙌 Reduce stress
… the list goes on.

Now take off your shoes and spend at least 10 minutes of your day with your bare feet connected with earth. 🌎

It's important for everyone to have an atmosphere of love and trust somewhere in their life. When you access the strength of peace, it becomes your "mustard seed of faith," and you can practice extending it beyond the body. If you can recognize love as the true "ground of Being," then love is not an aberration, or a collection of meaningless molecules bumping up against each other . . . love is the undying and underlying fabric of the universe. This manifest universe is an ornamental display projected from the seething oceanic boundless light of Love.
Allyson's and my true relationship is as interconnected spheres of light and love, part of a sacred marriage field we call the Universal Mind Lattice. On a spiritual level we understand that we are connected with everyone and are never really apart.
