I developed this unique service as a result of 25+ years as a high-volume international corporate business development and marketing executive. Over the years I noticed a common thread among peers of high levels of stress due to high performance demands, frequent travel, competition in an ever changing market, the challenges of maintaining both business and personal relationships, compromised health and well-being, and over all lack of fulfillment. I've studied integrative yoga therapies and meditation over the past 10 years. After experiencing extraordinary results found I wanted to share these tools with others to help facilitate balance in their business and personal lives resulting in health and well being,
