Our Story

Silver Key Studio was built and started by Delian Lincourt in the small town of Wayne NY, nestled in the heart of the FingerLakes. Delian is a Kripalu trained yoga teacher who is passionate about creating a space where others can explore and strengthen their connection to their authenticity.

“At varying times in my life I have desired a place where I could safely explore what it means to be me,” Delian says, “and what I wanted to do was create what I’ve been looking for and I’m so thankful that others have been looking for the same thing!” Since first opening the studio in September of 2017 Delian says that she has been blessed by the number of people who have become students. “It is a very small town, and I was nervous opening during the off season.” A good deal of businesses in the area close during the off season. Delian continues without skipping a beat, “I’ve been blown away by how many people say that this is what they’ve been looking for and I’m so thankful!”

For now Silver Key Studio offers yoga classes for any level of yoga student, but eventually Delian wants to expand. “I love yoga movement!” Delian laughs then adds ruefully, “in fact I first got into yoga because I injured myself from running and gentle yoga was all that I could do. I had to learn how to be compassionate, not just competitive with my body.”

However, she wants Silver Key to be more than just a space for yoga movement. “The results that I got physically made me respect yoga, but the affect my yoga practice has had on my mind and the impact it’s had on my journey of reconnecting to my truth is what made me want to be a yoga teacher and also what inspired me to start Silver Key Studio.” She has already hosted several workshops on guided meditations and chakras and hopes to continue growing.
